• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free'.
• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free' window will appear.
• In 'Free Calculation : Y-Reverse / D-If Qty < Deal /No' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Then press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Suppose 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' sold '100' Qty with '1' Free. So Total Qty will be '100+1'.
• However, this option will works as it will less the Total 100 qty from the stock.
• Final Qty = Actual Qty - Free Qty
• Final Qty = 100-1
• Final Qty = 99
• so Final Qty will be (Qty After less free + free)= 99+1.

After following the above steps, theFree Qty will get less from the Actual Qty while creating Sale Bill in Marg Software.
