If at the time of creating bill software doesn't show new created item then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

  • Suppose the user created a new item 'Crocin'.

  • When we are trying to search it at the time of billing, that time it can't  be searched.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Open Item List'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Open Item List' window will appear.
  • In 'Open Item List with Batchoption, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can search New item at the time of billing.
