• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• Click on ‘Batch’.

• A 'Batch Setup' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Batch Setup' window will appear.
• In 'Batch/Size in multi parts in text [Length of 1:  2:  3:  ]', the user will select 'Y'.

• Now the user will mention the length of 1 Batch field.
• Suppose mention '3'.

• Press 'LeftArrow' key and mention the length of 2 Batch field.
• Suppose mention '4'.

• Again press 'LeftArrow' key and mention the length of 3 Batch field.
• Suppose mention '5'.

Note: The Total Length of all 3 Batchs field can be only upto '12'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Batch Number in Multi parts will get enabled while billing in Marg Software.
