Process to disable Free Qty to convert into Amount

PROCESS TO ENABLE FREE QTY TO CONVERT INTO AMOUNT

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free Convert'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Convert' window will appear.

• In ‘FREE Qty. convert into Net (In amount) Y-Both S-Sale P-Purchase', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the value of free quantity will be adjusted in total Amount of the Bill.

Suppose the user has given 1 free along with the 10 quantity of item sold.

Therefore software has deducted the value of 1 quantity Rs.10 from the Total Value of bill Rs. 100.(100-10)= Rs.90.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free Convert'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Convert' window will appear.

• In ‘FREE Qty. convert into Net (In amount) Y-Both S-Sale P-Purchase', the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the value of Free Quantity will not be adjusted in total amount of bill.
