In Marg Software, if at the time of creating Sale Return the Batch selection field does not show in bill details window then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Sale Return'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Sale Return' window will appear.

• In 'Sale/Purchase Return Batch Selection M-Manual S-Select From Sold O-Open History' option, the user will select 'M'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the Batch selection field will get enabled in the bill detail window.
