If ' Please select Batch with / key ' alert appears while selecting Batch in Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if while selecting batch in billing an alert of 'Please select Batch with / key' appears then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve 'Please select Batch with / key', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'select Batch'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Select Batch' window will appear.
  • In 'Selection of Batch on Enter or / Key' option, the user will select 'E'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Please select Batch with / key' alert will get resolved while selecting Batch in Billing in Marg Software.
