How to generate Purchase Rate of item on the basis of MRP while creating purchase bill in Marg Software?
In order to generate purchase rate on the basis of MRP while creating purchase bill, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask MRP'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'Ask MRP ' window will appear.
- In 'Ask MRP on M-Receive/A-Always ask MRP/Y-MRP,MRP-TAX,MRP-EXI on Receive' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- In 'Change Sale Rates On MRP Bases Y-Ask Full Detail/ H-Only MRP / No' option, the user will select 'H'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will auto change the Purchase Rate after changing the MRP in purchase bill.
Suppose there is an item 'Acnederm Lot' whose MRP is Rs. 15 and it's Purchase Rate is Rs. 5.
Now when user change MRP to Rs.20, Purchase Rate auto change to Rs.6.67 .
