If Batch Number does not pick in Alphabet while creating Purchase Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the user have not set the Batch in Setup.

Solution:

In order to set Batch in Setup, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Batch’.

  • A 'Batch Setup' window will appear where the user will click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Batch' window will appear.
  • In 'Secondary in Batch/MRP/Ref/Size/Tag/Shade/Bill/Than/Consig/Carpet' option, the user will select 'Batch'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Batch Number will get pick in Alphabet in Marg Software.
