If ' Item Expired ' alert appear while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software if ' Expired Item ' alert appears while billing then it can be resolved easily.

Cause: This alert appears when the user is doing billing for the Item which has already been expired and user has ban Expired Item billing.

Solution: The user can set that software should only indicate for Expire Item.

In order to Indicate for Expired Item, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Expire'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Expire' window will appear.
  • In 'Expired Items on Billing' option, the user will select 'Indicate'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view software will only Indiacte for Expired Items and can do billing in Marg Software.
