Process To Create Purchase Bill In Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF COPY TEXT DEAL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• In Marg Software, the user can set deal of item in various form which received while purchasing the item.
• With the help of this option the user can Save Deal in Text form that means deal in percenatge can be mention for an item and it will get auto save for sale.
• Therefore when the customer will create Sale Bill, Deal will get auto pick.

PROCESS TO ENABLE COPY DEAL IN TEXT SAVE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Free Deal'.

• Now click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Free Deal' window will appear.
• In 'Free Deal from M-Master B-Batch N-Manual L,l-Lot & Free', option the user will select 'l'.

• In 'If 1-Copy deal in Text save & pick %,P & L in Sales', the user will select 'Y'. 

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO CREATE PURCHASE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• While creating Purchase Bill, after loading Item Qty the user will mention deal in text.

Note: Adding percentage (%) sign with the deal is mandatory.

• In batch window, the user can view Deal % will get auto save for Sale.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Feed Deal in Text and save for Sale while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
