If ' Total in Decimal not Allowed ' alert appear while creating Sale / Purchase bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if while creating Sale / Purchase bill an alert of 'Total Decimal Not Allowed' appears then it can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve 'Total Decimal Not Allowed', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Total Qty'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Total Qty' window will appear.
  • In 'Free Calculate in Decimal & Total in Decimal (2 Decimal Stock Required)', option the user will select 'X'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Total Decimal Not Allowed' will get resolved while creating Sale / Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
