In Marg Software there is an option available to create separate batches of the item on the basis of differences in Cost and supplier name between the two batches. 

• Now suppose an Item 'Amlogard' has been purchased with the same batch No. 001 but at a different Rate.

In order to Disable Separate Batch Creation, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• The user will search 'Create Batch'& click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Create New Batch if Y-Cost Differ A-Always S-Supplier Wise', option the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Separate Batch Creation will get disabled in Marg ERP Software.
