• Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room.

• The user will select 'Search in All'.

• Then user will search 'Batch'.

• In 'Secondry in BATCH/MRP/REF/SIZE/TAG/SHADE/BILL/THAN/CONSIG/CARPET', the user will select 'Batch'.
• In 'Name of BATCH/MRP/REF/SIZE/TAG/SHADE/BILL/THAN/CONSIGNMENT', type 'Name of batch field'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

• Now for batch wise purchase user will Go to Transactions > Purchase > Bill.

• The user will feed the necessary details. i.e Date, Party Name, Party No. Type.
• The user will press 'Enter' key.

• The user will  select the item.
• Suppose select 'Crocin Advance'.

• Now software will ask 'Batch' of selected item.
• Suppose mention '123456'.

• The user will feed Quantity, Purchase Rate as per the requirement.
• Now user will save bill with 'End' key.

• Now for batch wise sale user will go to Transactions > Sale > Bill. 

• The user will feed necessary details. i.e Date, Party Name, Bill No. Type.
• The user will press 'Enter' key.

• The user will select item.
• Suppose select 'Crocin Advance'.
• The software will now ask 'Batch' wise selection for sale.
• Suppose select '123456'.

• The user will mention Batch Feed Quantity, Sale Rate as per the requirement.
• Now user will save bill from 'End' key.

After following the above steps the user can enable Batch wise Setup in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room.

2. The user will select 'Search in All'. 

3. Then user will search 'Generate Rate', then click on 'Accept'.

4. In 'Always-Y / At the time of Purchase-P', the user will select 'P'.

5. The user will now press 'Esc' key twice, then click on 'Yes' to save changes.
