How to resolve an alert of 'Challan are not checked' which appears while converting challan into bill in Marg Software?

If at the time of loading challan into sale bill, the software is showing alert 'Challan are not checked' then this issue can easily be resolved:

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Challan Pass”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Challan Pass' window will appear.

• In 'Bills Not Allowed Without Pass/Check of Challans/KOT' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will allow you load challan into selected bill without showing any alert.
