Process To Disable Expiry Stock On Item Window In Marg Software

PROCESS TO ENABLE EXPIRY STOCK ON ITEM WINDOW IN MARG SOFTWARE

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Expiry'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Expiry' window will appear.

• In 'Show Expiry Stock in Batch Window on Sale' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Expiry Stock will get enabled on Item window at the time of Billing in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE EXPIRY STOCK ON ITEM WINDOW IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Expiry'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’. 

• An 'Expiry' window will appear.

• In 'Show Expiry Stock in Batch Window on Sale' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Expiry Stock will get disabled at the time of Billing in Marg Software.
