• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Free Allowed”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Allowed' window will appear.

• In 'Free Qty. without Sale Allowed 1-Ask Free/Repl 2-Ask 3-Allowed 4-No' option, the user will select '3'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will allow to issue the quantity as free even without doing sale of the product.

• Suppose create a sale bill without mentioning any quantity in 'Qty' field. Press 'Down Arrow' key.

• Now the user will mention the quantities which needs to be issued as free. 

• Suppose mention '10'

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

3. Then user will Search 'Free Convert' > Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A 'Free Convert' window will appear. In ‘FREE Qty. convert in Amount (Net) Y-Both S-Sale P-Purchase’ the user will set 'N'.

5. The user will now press 'Esc' key twice >Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
