How to Issue only Free quantity of Product without Selling actual quantity in Marg ERP Software ?
- Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room.
- The user will select the 'Search in All' option.
- The user will search 'Free' and click on 'Accept' button.
- In 'Free Qty. without Sale Allowed 1-Ask Free/Repl 2-Ask 3-Allowed 4-No' option, the user will select '3'.
- Press 'Esc' key.
- Click on 'Yes' button.
After following the above steps, the user can view that the software will allow issuing the quantity as free even without selling the product in Marg ERP Software.
a. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room.
b. The user will select 'Search in All'
c. The user will search 'Free Convert' and click on 'Accept' button.
d. In 'FREE Qty. Convert in Amount (Net) Y-Both S-Sale P-Purchase' option, the user will set 'N'.
e. Press 'Esc' key.
f. Click on 'Yes' button.
