How to resolve this issue, if item list does not show that batches which does not contain stock?
Ans.1
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Show Stock”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’
- A Show Stock window will appear
- In 'Show only available stock in Batch Windows', the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps batch having no stock will also appear in item list at the time of billing.
