In order to enable Ask Extra text field while billing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will select 'Batch'.

• The user will search 'Ask Text Field' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Ask Text field for detail 1 (eg Design/Manufacturer/Mobile ID)' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'Name of Manufacturer field', the user will mention the field name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Design'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Ask Text Extra field will be enabled while Billing in Marg ERP Software.
