1. Go to Master Menu==>Margsetup=> Control Room ==>Search=> Generate Rate==> Generate Rates on Y-P.Rate A-Rate M-MRP C-Cost O-Own Select N-No==> 'M
 2.  Always-Y / At the time of Purchase==>P

 3.Calculate on Rate 1-Selected 2-Other A-Rate     3-Reducing in this conditio you can select ==>3 because rate will always calculate on the basis  of mrp.
4.  Calculate on Inclusive/Exclusive/Both Items==> 'EXCLUSIVE'
4.  Rate-A=(P.Rate/RateA/Cost)+% or MRP-% ==>(EXP. -20% ).== >then Type ==>Change My Rate ==> Save it
