If New Item does not create by F2 key on Item window then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the F2 key does not work while creating an item, this issue can be resolved easily by following the below steps:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Open Item List' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Open Item List with Batch' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view software will allow the user to create new item while Billing in Marg ERP Software.

• Suppose while billing, we are pressing 'f2' key for the new item creation.

• Hence, the user can view that the software is allowing to create New item while Billing.
