If New Item does not create by F2 key on Item window then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If at the time of billing, software is not allowing the user to create New Item on Items window then this issue can be resolved easily:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Open Item List”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'Open Item List' window will appear.
- In 'Open Item List with Batch' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will allow the user to create new item at the time of billing.
- Suppose at the time of billing, we are pressing 'f2' key for the new item creation.
- Hence, the user can view that the software is allowing to create New item at time of billing.
