If New Item does not create by F2 key on Item window then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the F2 key does not work while creating an item, this issue can be resolved easily by following the steps below:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Open Item List' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Open Item List with Batch' option, the user will select 'N'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view software will allow the user to create new item while Billing in Marg ERP Software.

• Suppose while billing, we are pressing 'f2' key for the new item creation.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the software is allowing to create New item while Billing in Marg ERP Software.
