If in Marg Software does not display  secondary batch after selecting it at the time of creating stock issue entry then this issue can easily be resolved in Marg Software:

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press 'Enter'.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • Select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear. The user will search 'Long Batch' .
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Long Batch' window will appear.
  • In 'Batch/Size lenght required N-Default (12 Chr) Y-Long (20 Chr)' option, select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, secondary batch will get displayed after selecting batch at the time of creating stock issue entry in Marg Software.
