• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Land Cost'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

A 'Land Cost' window will appear.

In 'Land Cost B-ALL Y-Pur.Bill E-PerEnt P-PymtRcpt: A-Claim C/c-CashRet' option, the user will select 'Y/E' as per the requirement.

Y- Purchase bill: While save bill software will ask Field Land cost, put amount of extra charges.

E- Per Entry: After selection of item Press 'F2' key, put amount of extra charges, and save bill.

Suppose, select 'Y' to ask land cost at the time of saving.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now at the time of save purchase bill from 'Tab' key Software will ask to add 'Land Cost'.

• Suppose, select 'Crocin' item whose purchase rate is Rs.10.

• The user will mention the extra charges in the Land Cost.

• Suppose, mention Rs. '10'.

• The user will click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the extra charges will be add in the Cost in Marg Software.

Purchase Rate+Land Cost= Cost,(10+10)=20.
