• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Index Batch”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An Index Batch window will appear.

• In 'Open Batch Window Index on Y-Expiry M-Mfg.Date F-Fifo Date B-Batch Name', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps the software will start indexing batch on the basis of its expiry.

Suppose, Expiry date of batch number '1234' is February 2020 , However of '123' is March 2020 so that software is indexing that batch first which will expire soon.
