To Resolve that issue Please Follow Below Steps :-

1. Go to Masters => MARG Setups => Control Room => Search in All => Search--"POPUP" => here is option show Show Balance with Popup Screen for Y-Both/L-Ledger/S-Item/N-No => Change this option as "Y" => Press Esc key for save changes.   

2. G to Masters => Passwords & Powers => Update Operator's Powers => Search in All => Search--"BALANCE" => here is option show Show Display Balance of All/Debtors/Creditors/cash & Banks/W/o Cash & Bank => Change this option as "A" => Press Esc key => Save Changes--"YES" =>Sure to Quit--"Yes".

NOTE:- Relog in Must After make changes.
