OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO FREE MODULE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE
In Marg ERP software, there is a feature available to enable free quantity field in sale bill. Which is used to attract customers towards the scheme and policies of the companies. This led to increase sales, increase in goodwill in market.
PROCESS TO ENABLE FREE QUANTITY IN SALE BILL IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- The user will select the 'Search in All' option.
- The user will search 'Free Required' and click on the 'Accept' button.
- In 'Free Qty. Required on Sales', the user will select 'Y'.
- Press 'Esc' key.
- Click on 'Yes' button.
After following the above steps, the Free column will be enabled in Sale Bill in Marg ERP Software.
PROCESS TO DISABLE FREE OPTION FROM SALE BILL IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- The user will select the 'Search in All' option.
- The user will search 'Free Required' and click on the 'Accept' button.
- In 'Free Qty. Required on Sales', the user will select 'N'.
- Press 'Esc' key.
- Click on 'Yes' button.
After following the above steps, the Free column will be disabled on Sale Bill in Marg ERP Software.
1. Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room.
2. A 'Control Room' window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’.
3. Then user will search 'Free Off' > Now click on ‘Accept’.
4. A 'Free Off' window will appear.In ‘Bags weight (BarDana) Less in Qty.(Free OFF) for Krishi Mandi’ set 'Y' for enable &'N' for disable.
5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice > Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
