• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Generate Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Generate Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Generate Rates on Y-P.Rate A-Rate M-MRP C-Cost O-Own Select N-No' option, the user will select 'M'.

• In 'Calculate on Rate 1-Selected 2-Other A-Rate 3-Reducing' select as per requirement .

a. Selected: The software will generate Rate on the basis of MRP with mentioned sign . If user will mention (-10%) then it will generate Rate by reducing( -10 % ) from the MRP.  

b. Other: The software will generate Selected Rate on the bases of MRP .

c. Reducing: The software will generate Rate on the bases reducing mentioned percentage from MRP. 

• Suppose user select '3 Reducing'.

• The user needs to define % to generate rate as per requirement.

• Suppose user needs to generate 'Rate-A'. 

• In 'Rate-A=(P.Rate/RateA/Cost)+% or MRP-%----'Define % to generate rate on mrp bases'. 

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Re-Generate Rates on M.R.P Bases' window will appear in which the user will type 'CHANGE MY RATES' and press 'Enter'.

After following the above steps, the Rate will be generated on the bases of MRP .

• Suppose there is an item 'Acnederm Lot' which MRP is Rs.'100' so the Rate -A will be generate as (Rate-A=> 100-100*10/100= 90).
