In Marg Software, if Free Calculate in Reverse then it can be resolve easily.

Suppose Item 'Acnederm Lot' mention Quantity '10' and Free Qty is '1'.

After loading Item displaying '9' as it decrease when mentioned free Quantity '1'.

In order to resolve Reverse Free Calculation, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Reverse Calculation'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Reverse Calculation' window will appear.

• In 'Free Calculate in Reverse : Y-Always D-If Qty < Deal N-Normal' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item Qty will not decrease while mentioning Free Qty in Sale Bill in Marg Software.
