How We Can Generate Rates On The Bases Of MRP While purchase in Marg ERP Software

Overview: In Marg ERP Software, the user can auto generate rates on the bases of MRP while purchase. In order to auto generate rate from Marg software, the user needs to perform below mentioned steps:

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear in which the user will search “Ask MRP”.

The user will now click on ‘Accept’.

A Ask MRP window will appear.

In ‘Ask MRP on M-Receive/A-Always ask MRP/Y-MRP, MRP-Tax, MRP-Exi on receive’ the user will set “M”.

‘Change sales rates on MRP bases Y-Ask full detail/H-Only MRP/No’ Set “H”

The user will press Escape key twice.

Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’

Then the Change sale rate window will appear where user will click on “Yes” to change rates on MRP bases.

After following the above steps, the Purchase rate, Sale rate will get auto generated when change MRP of item on purchase window same mentioned as below:

After the change the MRP on purchase window All rate i.e. Purchase rate, Sale rate etc. gets Auto generated on MRP bases.

Note: - This option only works in old batches purchase.
