If user needs to remove some selected bills from the bill tagging then the user will follow the below steps:-

• Go to Accounts > Outstandings > Bill Taging/Selective O/s .

• A 'Bill Taging/Selective O/s' window will appear.

• In 'Tag Index'  select 'Party+Bill'.

• In 'Tag For' select 'Party Wise' and set remain option as same.

• Then click on 'Ok' .

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear in which user needs to select party by pressing Plus '+' key and press 'ESC' .

• Selected party all bills will be loaded then the user will Press 'F8' key .

A  'Temporary Delete' window will be appear.

Click on 'Value >' Or 'Value<'  as per requirement.

a. Value>: It will remove bills whose value is greater than the mentioned value.

b. Value<: It will remove the bills whose value is less than the mentioned value.

• Suppose user select 'Value<'.

• A 'P Value<' window will appear then the user will mention the bill value of bill i.e. which bill user wants to remove from the bill tagging .

• Suppose user mentioned Rs. '350' and press 'Enter'.

After following above steps, mention bill value bills will be deleted from the bill list.
