• Go to Account > Bill Tagging .

• A 'Bill Tagging' window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement.

• Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Select' window will appear. Press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Tagging' window will appear.

• The user can feed Bill No or Press 'ESC' key.

• The user will press 'Enter' key .

• A 'Selection' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Party wise'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the party whose bills needs to be tag.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Now the user can view all the bills of selected party.
• The user will press 'Insert' key on bill which needs to be hold.

• Suppose select '000003'.

• A 'Tag' window will appear .

• In 'Status' option, the user will select 'Hold'.

After following the above steps, the selected bill will get hold on bill tagging window and a sign will show behind the hold bill.
