If at the time of viewing rout wise bill tagging report software shows, 'Close in Setup', then this can be resolved:

In order to resolve the same, user needs to follow the given steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.


  • Control Room window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Rout”.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A Rout window will appear.
  • In 'Salesman / Rout / Area wise reports requiredoption, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press Esc key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will allow the user to generate route wise bill tagging report.
