• Go to Transaction > BIll of Material (BOM) > Issue .

• An 'Issue Entry' window will appear. The user will Feed Date as per the requirement then the user will press 'Enter' .

• The user will select 'Production Department' Ledger.

• Now when the cursor will wait for item selection, the user will press 'Ctrl+P' key to load the formula.

• A 'Load Formula For' window will appear.

• Now the user will select Main Item (which is being created) by pressing 'Enter' key on it.

• Suppose the user needs to manufacture the 'computer'.

• A 'Manufacturing Formula' window will appear.

• In 'Batch Size' Field (mention the batch size how much quantity user needs to receive as finished product).

• Suppose the user needs to Manufacture 1 computer .Press 'Enter'.

• Now All the items which are being  used to create the selected item will be auto load into bill .

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' to save the bill.

• Now the user will click on 'Yes' to save the changes .

After following the above steps, the Manufacturing Formula will be load at the time of Bill of Material Issue.
