OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO SET OF ITEM BUNDLE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE
- With the help of Marg ERP Software user can easily create the set of Item bundle and can also load it into the bill.
- This option saves the time of the customer to create the different bills of that item which have been billed mostly together.
- This option is used to make a bunch of items. Example if there is 4 or 5 items are mostly billed together you can make a bunch of it to bill those items at a time, this enables you to make a single entry at the place of so many entries.
PROCESS TO CREATE SET OF ITEM BUNDLE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE
- Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Set of Items (Bundle).Press Enter.
- A Set of Items window will appear.
- Select/Define other options as per the requirement.

Item Set No. |
Here, the user will define the set no. of the item as per the requirement. |

Formula For |
Here, the user can define for ‘how many days’ this set to be issued to the customer. |
|
Type |
In this field, users can select whether this set of bundle is being created on a ‘Temporary’ basis or on ‘Permanent’ basis. |
|
Set Name |
Here the user can define the name of the set as per the requirement. Suppose, define "AB". |
|
Used For |
It simply means that here user needs to mention the uses for which the set of bundle needs to be used. |
|
Party All/Sel |
This is an optional field in which the user needs to select whether the set of bundle will be used for any selected party or for all parties. |
|
PartyName |
This field will only highlight when the user has selected ‘Selected Party’ in ‘Party All/ Sell’. |
- Then a Set of Items window will appear.
- The user will select the items which need to be loaded in the bundle.
- Now press Enter to select the item.
- An Items window will appear.
- Select item as per the requirement.
- Suppose, select ‘Betnesol INJ”.
- Now the selected ledger will get loaded into the bundle.
- In ‘Sale/Free’ option, the user will select whether the item needs to be sold out or to be given as free in the bill.
- Suppose, select ‘Sale’.
- Now, in ‘QTY’ field, define the number of qty according to the days defined for formula.
- Similarly, the user can load the items in the bundle as per the requirement.
- Now press the ESC key to save the set of bundle.
- An Exit window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Yes’, to save the changes.
Thereafter the user can view the created bundle and can load the bundle into the bill.
PROCESS TO LOAD SET OF ITEM BUNDLE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE
- At the time of creating sale bill, firstly the user will select the ledger as per the requirement.
- Suppose, Select 'B.LAL & Sons'.
- Then at the time of selecting item, user will press 'Alt+F11' or 'Alt+F12'.
- Then the user will select the bundle that is to be load in sale bill.
- Suppose, select 'EG'.
- A Set of Items window will appear.
a. In 'Set of Items No. : 'Here, user will load the selected set no. of item .
b. In 'Bill*Formula' : Here the user will mention the formula for set of items as per the requirement.
c. In 'Bill For Amount' : Here, the user can mention the amount for which the bundle needs to be issued to the customer.
Suppose, the cost for the bundle is Rs 2000, however the bundle contains 6 units of each tablet. But the customer has only RS 1000 so that software will automatically convert the bundle according to the Rs 1000 and will issue 3 tablets of each product to the customer.
- Then press Ctrl+W to save the bill.
- Now press 'Yes' to save the changes.
