In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to exit from Sale bill window to create Purchase challan. The user can easily create the purchase challan transaction at the time of creating sale bill.

• For which simply, the user will press 'ALT+P' on it.

• Thereafter the user will switch over to the Purchase challan window .

After following the above steps the user can easily create the purchase challan entry while billing.

1. Firstly, the user will Press 'Ctrl+J' on billing window.

2. A Switch Over window will appear. Select 'Data Entry'.

3. A Marg ERP9+ Accounting window will appear. Select 'Purchase'.

4. Now, a Purchase window will appear. Click on 'Challans'.

5. Select 'New'.

6. A Purchase challan entry window will appear, now the user can create purchase challan according to the requirement.

2. A Marg ERP9+ Accounting window will appear. Select 'Purchase'.

3. Now, a Purchase window will appear. Click on 'Challans'.

4. Select 'New'.
