Ans.1

In Marg ERP Software, there is no need for the user to exit from Sale bill window to create Sale challan.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the steps below:

On Sale Bill window, the user needs to click on 'SC' i.e., 'Sale Challan'(as shown below).

After following the above steps, the user can easily create the Sale Challan on Sale Bill window in Marg ERP Software.

Ans.2

a. Press 'Ctrl+J' key on the billing window.

b. The user will select 'Data Entry'.

c. The user will select 'Sale'.

d. Click on 'Challan' option.

e. The user will select 'New'.

f. A 'Sale Challan Entry' window will appear. Now, the user can create a sale challan.

Ans.3

1. The user will press 'F7' key on billing window.

2. Select 'Sale' option.

3. Click on 'Challans'.

4. Select 'New'.

5. A 'Sale Challan Entry' window will appear, now the user can create a sale challan.

Ans.4

a. Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

b. The user will enter the Date, Party Name, and Bill Number as per the requirement.

c. In 'Item' Field, the user will press 'Alt+S' key.

After following the above steps, the user will be switched to Sale Challan Window in Marg ERP Software.
