Marg ERP has a feature of Dispatch Management which facilitates user to track the all activities related to the inventory management i.e. Dispatch, Delivery, audit etc.

In addition to this, user can also define remarks (related to the delivery of goods) at the time of billing i.e. urgent delivery, storage place etc.

• At the time of billing, after selecting all the items press (~) Tilde key on the blank line.

• A 'Message' window will appear.

• In the 'Delivered' option ,the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now on the 'Bill Remark' option ,the user will type the remark as per the requirement.

• Suppose, mention 'Urgent delivery.

• Press 'CTRL+W' key to saving the details.

• Select 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, At the time of using the bill audit option, the selected bill will get appear in Red color (which indicate the urgent delivery of the products)
