This option enables the user to auto calculate the billing rate of any product if the user know about the inclusive rate of the product.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, press 'F5' on the rate field at the time of billing.

• In 'Incl. Rate' field the user will mention the inclusive amount as per the requirement. 

• Suppose mention '500'.

• Then the user can view that the billing rate will be automatically calculated according to the inclusive rate.

• Suppose mentioned 'Rs.500' as inclusive rate & 12% tax has been included in the same so software has auto calculated the rate of the item as Rs 446.43 (500*12/112)

• Now the user will simply press 'CTRL+W' key to save the transaction.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' to confirm the changes.
