How to Load Previous Narration in Next Voucher Entry in Marg ERP Software ?

In order to know the process, the user will follow the below steps:

Suppose in the last receipt voucher user has mentioned the narration as 'Cash received by Ahuja Medicine Center' (as shown below):

• Now, while creating the next Receipt Voucher, if the user requires the same narration then press 'F11' on it.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the narration will be automatically picked in the voucher entry in Marg ERP Software.
