• Go to Books > Entry Books > Receipt Book.

• A 'Receipt Book' window will appear.

• In 'From-To' option, the user will mention from which date till which date report needs to be view.

• In 'Selected Ledger' option, the user will select 'Yes' to view report of particular ledger otherwise keep the option as 'No'.

• A 'Receipt Book' window will appear.

• The user will select Receipt  Voucher which needs to be convert into Contra Voucher.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center' and press 'Alt+I' key on it.

• Now, an 'Amount' box will appear.

• The user can modify amount as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Duplicate Voucher' window will appear.

• In 'Type' option, the user will press 'Space' key.

• Again, the user will press 'Space' key.

• In 'Type' option, the user will select 'Contra Note'.

• Now, the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Receipt Voucher will get Converted in Contra Voucher in Marg Software.
