• Go to Books > Entry Books > Payment Book.

• A 'Payment Book' window will appear.
• The user will select the options as per the requirement i.e. bill date,ledger etc.

• A 'Payment Book' window will appear.
• The user will select the entry whose same voucher needs to be created.
• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy India Ltd.' and press 'Alt+I' key.

• An 'Amount' pop-up will appear.
• The user will mention the amount for which same voucher entry needs to be created.
• Suppose mention '500'.

• A 'Duplicate Voucher' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Yes' in order to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Voucher's Duplicate Voucher will get created in Marg Software.
