Overview: In Marg Software, the user can maintain Breakage expiry stock which facilitates in tracking all the goods/stock returned by the organization to its suppliers and which cannot be used further.

In order to create BRK/EXP issue Challan in Marg ERP Software, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions >> Brk/EXP Issue >> Challan. Press Enter.

• A Brk/Exp Return challan entry window will appear.

• The user will enter date of the entry as per the requirement.

• A Ledgers window will appear in which the user will select ledger and then press Enter.

• In ‘Tax’ field, the user will select ‘Yes’.

• A Bills Details window will appear.

• The user will enter all the necessary details in it i.e. return bill no, reason for the return etc.

• Note: The reason to return the bill is mandatory to be filled.

• A Return [BRK/EXP Store] window will appear with different options.

• The user will select the option as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select ‘Manual Selection’.

• Then an Items window will appear.

• The user will select item and press Enter on it.

• Now, the user will enter the qty of an item.

• Press CTRL+W key to save the bill.

• A Save changes window will appear.

• The user will click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
