Overview: In Marg software there is an option available to export the selected bill or transaction in PDF format.

In order to export Brk/Exp Issue transaction in PDF format, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Issue > Modify Challan. Press Enter.

• A ‘Modify’ Window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number etc. 

• A ‘Brk/Exp Return Challan as on’ window will appear.

•  The user will press the 'F11' function key.

• An ‘Email’ window will appear.

• Then click on ‘Save Bill format in PDF’. Press Enter.

• A Printing Format window will appear.

• Now, select the printing format from the drop down according to the requirement.

• A Printing Port window will appear.

• Then select the printer port as per the requirement.

• A “Save copy file name” window will appear in which user needs will define the path to export the selected Brk/Exp issue Challan entry.

• The user will click on ‘Accept’.

After following the above steps, the user can export the selected Brk/Exp issue Challan entry in PDF format.
