If Brk / Exp Issue value proper not display then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the cess is charging on item.

Solution:

The user needs to remove Cess from the item.

In order to remove Cess from Item, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Issue > Modify Issue.

  • A ‘Modify’ window will appear.
  • The user will select the options as per the requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

  • A 'Brk/Exp Return As on’ window will appear.
  • The user will press 'Enter' key on selected entry whose value proper not displaying.

  • A 'Brk/Exp Return Alteration' window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Modify.

  • On Item 'Qty', the user wil press 'F2' key.

  • An 'Item Levies' window will appear.
  • In 'Cess', the user can view charges has been displaying.

  • The user will remove these charges and press 'PageDown' key.

  • Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Brk/Exp issue entry value will get proper display in Marg Software.
