Process To Load Discount For Brk/Exp Issue In Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF BRK/EXP DISCOUNT

• Breakage/Expiry Issue is basically a document type generated for the settlement of expired or damaged products which is issued to the supplier against the goods purchased by them.
• In Marg Software, the user can set a Discount for all Brk/Exp entries for a particular Rate, so that while creating Brk/Exp Issue Discount will get auto-load.

PROCESS TO SET DISCOUNT FOR BRK/EXP ISSUE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Brk/Exp Discount'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Purchase Brk/Expiry Return & Replacement on Rate', option the user will select the rate on which discount need to be set.
• Suppose select 'M.R.P.'.

• In 'Fix Brk/Expiry Discount Yes/Default/No' option, the user will select whether the discount needs to be set as default or not.
• Suppose select 'Y'.

• In 'Fix Brk/Expiry Discount on All' option, the user will mention the discount rate as per the requirement.
• Suppose select '8'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO LOAD DISCOUNT FOR BRK/EXP ISSUE IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Transaction > Brk/Exp Issue > Wholesale: Issue.

• The user will mention the date and select a party as per the requirement.

• In 'Rate <MRP/P.RATES>' option, the user will select the rate on which the Discount has been set.
• Select 'MRP'.

• Mention the reason as per the requirement and press 'PageDown' key.

• Thereafter, suppose Load the items manually as per the requirement.
• The user can view '8' discount will get auto-load.

• Click on 'Save Bill' to save the entry.

After following the above steps, the user can set Discount will get Auto Load for Bk/Exp Issue in Marg Software.
