In Marg Software, the user can easily load the Brk/Exp Issue challan in Brk/Exp Issue bill as per the requirement.

In order to load Brk/Exp Issue challan in Brk/Exp Issue bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• After selecting the party in Brk/Exp Issue bill a 'Pending Challans' window will appear.

• Click on 'Select' button.

• A 'Select Challans' window will appear.

• The user will select pending challan which needs to be load in bill.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular challan or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Pending Challans. 

• Suppose select 'CDBN00001'. Press 'Enter' key.

• Then a 'Challan Loading' window will appear.

• The user will select the items which needs to be load in bill.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular Item or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Items. 

• Press 'Enter' key in order load items into the bill.

• Now, challan items will get loaded into the bill.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key  and click on 'Yes' to save the bill.

After following the above process, the user can Load Brk/Exp Issue Challan in Brk/Exp Issue Bill in Marg Software.
