• Go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Receive > Modify Challan.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number, etc. 

• A ‘Brk / Exp Receive Challan’ window will appear. 

• The user will press the 'F11' key on the transaction (which needs to be exported).

• An ‘Email’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Save Softcopy'. 

• A 'Save' window will appear.

• The user can view the location where the file is being exported.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Now the user can view that the file is being exported. Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the brk exp receive challan entry will be exported in excel Format .
