Overview: In Marg software, there is an option available to export the selected bill or transaction in PDF format.

In order to export Brk/Exp Receive Challan transaction in PDF format, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Transactions > Brk/Exp Receive > Modify Challan. Press Enter.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number etc. 

• A ‘Brk/Exp Receive Challan as on’ window will appear. 

• The user will press F11 key.

• An ‘Email’ window will appear.

• Then click on ‘Save Bill Format in PDF’. Press Enter

• Now a “Save” window will appear in which the user will define the path to export the selected Brk/Exp receive Challan entry.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• Then a Printing format window will appear.

• Select the format in which the user wants to mail Brk/Exp receive Challan entry.

• Then a ‘Printing Port’ window will appear.

• Select the printing port as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can export the selected Brk/Exp receive Challan entry in PDF format
