In Marg ERP Software, if at the time of click on Party GEO Location an alert displays 'Sorry you are not authorised to use this option' then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select operator in which power needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'A' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on ‘Search In All’.

• The user will search 'Geo' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Google Map GEO Location Reports & LAT/LONG Master' option, user will select 'Y'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• A 'Powers Change' Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Click on ‘Yes’ button.

• Now for Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily add Latitude and Longitude of Parties in Marg ERP Software.
