Cause:

This issue appears when the user is using series wise calculation.

Solution:

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to disable the calculation option from the series or change the series calculation as per the requirement. To disable series wise calculation please follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Series Calculation'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A 'Series Calculation' window will appear.

• In 'Ask Calculation Type in Master of N-No A-Debtors S-Series', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

Suppose the user has set Calculation 2 in control room, the user can view calcualtion 2 is picking while billing (as shown below image).

After following the above steps, the calcualtion will pick from control room while billing in Marg Software.
